Hi, I’m Alan
As of May 2025 I’ve been tattooing for sixteen years, originally from Suffolk I moved to Colchester twelve years ago. My regional accent still makes an appearance from time to time.
Predominantly focusing on Japanese Inspired tattooing, designs that not only work as an image but also tell a story, wether that’s based in folklore or something more personal to you.
Black and grey or Colour my aim is to compliment each customers anatomy whilst pushing what I can produce artistically.

What to Expect
Bespoke Tattooing
I believe in the power of collaboration to create bespoke tattoos for you and your anatomy. Whether that’s the first steps to a full body suit, or a smaller one off piece. Every design is custom designed for you.
The first step is to fill out my Booking Enquiry form, giving me as many details as possible. Once this is received I aim to get back to everyone taking no more than a week.
We can schedule a face to face consultation to talk over your ideas and placements. This isn’t always a necessity but for larger ongoing work this allows me to also collect measurements and take photographs of the area. This way I can design the tattoo to specifically fit you. Especially if it is to fill a gap between existing pieces or it involves a cover up.
Through our conversations pricing, deposits, an estimation of timing etc will all be given.
No two tattoos are the same and no two peoples skin is the same, each tattoo can take a differing amount of time based on a lot of variables.
