Deposit Policy
Hey! However deposits are non refundable. You have secured a slot in my diary that someone else could have taken and with appointments being very in demand at the moment theres a lot of call for any available slot. If you give me less than 48 hours notice that you cant make your appointment, or you no show to your appointment then you lose your deposit and a new one is needed to secure any future booking. In the case of customers with multiple sessions booked using a "rolling deposit" this will be lost and a new "rolling deposit" will need to be paif or all of your future sessions will be cancelled. Obviously if you test positive for COVID, following current guidelines DO NOT come to the studio, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will not be lost.
So an update with regards to Deposits. Deposits are non-refundable. This has been the case since the pandemic. I understand situations change and things happen, as we have seen with the last couple of years.
In the case of any issues arising your deposit can be transfered to a rescheduled booking in the future but not refunded.
